Description

DESCRIPTION / USE
Repair cement mortar based on high strength gray cement. Used for
repair and restoration of cracks as well as defects of concrete (common or visible).
It is suitable for quality repairs of high-strength concrete for indoor and outdoor
surfaces. The product is suitable for repairing and filling its surface imperfections
resulting from the demolition of concrete, as well as for all kinds of mortars and
repair work on worn or detached sections of ordinary or exposed concrete.

  Instructions for use
  The substrate is clean free from loose residues, dust, oils, paints etc.
  Wet the surface well, especially when it is absorbent or old or when the exterior
  temperature is high. In case of using the product for very smooth or minimal
  absorbent structures with exposed concrete its surface should be sanded, to
  remove debris and dust and then pass through a suitable booster
  such as ST 60 or Latex 2000 as appropriate to improve
  adhesion with ready-made repair cement.
  The contents of the bag (25kg) are added to 6.0 – 6.2 lt of water and mixed with the help of
  electric mixer at low speeds or in a common concrete mixer or with modern machines
  mixing until completely homogenized. The finished material is applied with a trowel or directly
  from the mixing machine on the surface to be repaired, making sure that the thickness of the layer is
