Aqueous polymer emulsion used to ensure proper adhesion of ISOFLEX, ISOFLEX AEGEAN and ISOFLEX HYBRID elastomeric, liquid-applied waterproofing membranes for flat roofs to porous substrates. By penetrating the pores of the substrate, it acts as a bonding layer between the waterproofing membrane and the substrate.
